I'm not sending out myself but will use Amazon for UK people any anyone who TBD doesn't ship to. Though I'm surprised it doesn't send to all EU countries. I suppose if Amazon don't send it would still be a problem but they do appear to send to everywhere in Europe I can think of!
Unless it's for military addresses perhaps? I do have a spare copy of my book that I could send out instead if all else fails.
